• Mattresses and Adjustable Bases: All requests must be submitted within 100 days of delivery. However, before initiating a return, it is recommended to use the product for at least 30 days to adjust to it. If still not satisfied, a return can be initiated. To receive a full refund, return shipping costs must be covered. The receipt and warranty documentation for the purchase are required. The product can also be donated to a local charity and proof of donation can be provided for a full refund.
