Lucid Return Policy?
The return policy for Lucid© is as follows:

Mattresses and Adjustable Bases: All requests must be submitted within 100 days of delivery. However, before initiating a return, it is recommended to use the product for at least 30 days to adjust to it. If still not satisfied, a return can be initiated. To receive a full refund, return shipping costs must be covered. The receipt and warranty documentation for the purchase are required. The product can also be donated to a local charity and proof of donation can be provided for a full refund. If the product arrives damaged, contact Lucid™ within 48 hours of delivery and provide evidence of the damage. Once proof of donation has been submitted via email, the refund will be processed promptly.

All Other Products: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. A return can also be initiated if the product has a manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit. If the product is damaged when delivered, contact Lucid™ within 48 hours and provide proof of damage.
